Every HYROX race is the same format worldwide: run 1km, complete a functional station, run 1km, repeat — 8 times. We train all 8 stations specifically.
1,000m — upper body endurance and power output
50m — raw leg drive and grit through resistance
50m — full posterior chain and grip endurance
80m — explosive power combined with cardio capacity
1,000m — cardiovascular endurance and pacing strategy
200m — grip strength and total body stability under load
100m — loaded leg endurance and core stability
100 reps — the finishing test of everything you have left
